Jessica provided tremendous marketing prowess to Pepperbox Coffee. The first few months she helped boost our fans to over 1,000 followers on Facebook, as well as nearly doubling our traffic in matters of months. She was able to get us on regional TV networks and gain traction in sales. Her energy is surpassed by anyone else I know of and would highly recommend her for gaining leverage in recognition.

I am very pleased with the administrative work that Jessica did with me at the University of Washington several years ago. For the Summer Academy for Advancing Deaf and Hard of Hearing in Computing she helped design the schedule for students, the web page, and handled the logistics for technology company tours. For the ASL-STEM Forum she helped with the design of the website and provided some of the first content, which was videos of signs for science and technology fields. She also helped with the design of the MobileASL user interface which was one of the first video chat systems for smartphones. In all her work with me, she was responsible and reliable. Some of the work for me required a creative flair and problem-solving ability, both of which she was very good at providing.

Jessica at Bellewood Virtual Assistant continues to be a remarkable resource for Deaf Teen Quest and A&M Publishing. Jessica has always been ready to assist and advise any of our marketing needs, and recently provided vital consultation for our DTQ Executive Team. Jessica is particularly knowledgeable of the use of highly-effective, low-cost social media. She is also a prolific writer and managed our online newsletters and intern training for several years. Jessica is gifted in multiple areas that create a synergy for excellence in deliverable products. We intend to increase our use of Bellewood Virtual Assistant services into the future.
